About the Game

If Chinese characters could be split apart, recombined, and scored, what kind of strategy game would they become?

WordJoy is a character-component word-building game. Place Chinese character components onto a 3x3 grid, combine them into valid Chinese characters, and score points through chips, multipliers, relics, and component skills.

Each stage has a target score, but your number of plays is limited. A simple character may help you clear the stage safely, while a more complex multi-component character may bring a higher multiplier. Should you play now, or wait for a stronger combination? Every move asks you to make a choice.

After clearing a stage, you can visit the shop to choose new components and relics, gradually strengthening your build. Different components, relics, and skills can create different scoring rhythms: stable scoring, multiplier stacking, or waiting for one explosive turn.

Through repeated splitting, combining, and scoring, Chinese characters are no longer just written symbols. They become your strategic resources. As you chase higher scores, you may rediscover the structural beauty and charm of Chinese characters.
