A Surgery Beyond the Heart is a noir visual novel set in a small Ohio city in 2016. You piece together what happened — and why — through memory, silence, and the things a person chooses not to say.

Cold institutions. Quiet grief. A system that protects itself.

Some decisions can't be taken back. This is a story about living with one.

This game is an experimental work that aims to explore AI's capabilities in text generation, image generation, and self-configuring workflows. Its capabilities are built upon the era of Claude 4.7 and Seedance 2.0.
