Z Ops: DeadZone
About the Game
Z Ops: Deadzone
The world has changed.
A parasite known as Bane-Z spread at an alarming speed. Once the brain is infected, the host turns into an aggressive creature that no longer responds to anything. Survivors simply call them Bane-Z.
Cities are abandoned. Infrastructure has collapsed.
But one organization is still fighting: the Z Ops.
You play as a Z Ops agent, a unit sent into contaminated zones to recover resources, investigate the origin of the catastrophe, and attempt to reclaim lost territories.
High-Risk Raids
Each raid sends you into an infected area where you must complete objectives, search buildings, fight Bane-Z, and find an extraction point.
But staying too long can cost you everything.
Gunshots attract the infected.
Mistakes are rarely forgiven.
And if you die, you lose everything you were carrying.
Combat and Survival
Combat in Z Ops: Deadzone focuses on precision and resource management.
Bane-Z are difficult to take down. In most situations, a precise headshot remains the most effective way to neutralize them.
During raids you must constantly monitor:
health
hunger
stamina
ammunition
resources
Every decision matters when you are alone inside a contaminated zone.
The Colony
Between raids, you return to the Colony, a safe area where you prepare your next expedition.
There you can:
manage your equipment
store resources
accept side quests
buy equipment
launch new raids
What you manage to bring back from contaminated zones directly determines your progression.
The Bane-Z
Not all Bane-Z move at the same speed.
Some are fast and aggressive, capable of closing the distance in seconds.
Others are slower, but just as dangerous if they surround you.
A poorly managed fight can quickly attract more infected than expected.
New specialized Bane-Z types are planned during development.
Current Equipment
The first available equipment includes:
ZAR-1 – versatile assault rifle

The current playable zone is Volygrad, a contaminated area used as the first operational zone.
It allows players to discover the raid mechanics, the loot system, and the first encounters with Bane-Z.
