Your Weight is a light strategy life sim about trying to lose weight while life keeps getting in the way. Each day, you have limited action points. You can exercise, rest, manage your diet, grab a small snack, or make some “questionable” decisions when hunger starts yelling at you.
Balance your body and your willpower
Manage weight, calories, hunger, stamina, willpower, and daily action points. Exercise burns calories, but it also drains your stamina and willpower. Eating less helps create a calorie deficit, but makes hunger harder to control. Rest is useful, but time is limited.
Choose how to move
Try different exercises across home, outdoor areas, gyms, and more. Each activity has its own difficulty, cost, effect, and possible events.
Survive the chaos of random events
Cravings, stress, social activities, bad habits, sudden motivation, terrible excuses—your weight-loss journey will be constantly interrupted by random events. Make choices, accept the consequences, and try again tomorrow.
Play different characters
Start with preset characters who have different traits and starting conditions.
This is not a weight-loss power fantasy simulator that makes you instantly slim. It is a simulation game about small choices, failed plans, tiny victories, and the eternal war between exercise and the fridge.
