About the Game

Woolwater is a calm puzzle game about sheep, fences and water. Each meadow gives you only a few fences. Find where to place them so your sheep have a roomy pasture with no way out.

Water has its own plans

Water helps keep sheep in, too. Place a fence across a stream and part of the channel may dry out. That can give your sheep more ground — and a new way out.

Bridges, sluice gates, portals

Bridges let sheep cross water, sluice gates send it down another channel, and portals connect distant parts of the meadow — sometimes opening a way out where you didn’t expect one.

Together or apart

Some meadows ask you to keep the white and brown sheep together; others need them apart. On some, the same fence layout has to work at both low and high water.

Clover yes, bees no

A roomy pasture, clover and golden apples help your score; bees bring it down. Reach the target to move on, or keep trying for the maximum. You can undo your moves and take your time. There’s no timer.

Draw a map from scratch or start with a random one. Share your maps on Steam Workshop and try maps made by other players.
