Wholesale Tycoon is a top-down management sim about running a warehouse club. Lay out your sales floor, buy your inventory wholesale, set your markup, hire your staff, and watch shoppers fill their carts and line up at the register. Then open a second store. Then a third.

BUILD YOUR STORE

Place shelves, refrigerators, meat cases, bakery and produce tables, clothing racks, food court counters, registers, and forklifts anywhere on the floor. Every fixture is bought, placed, and stocked by you, one item at a time.

A MEMBERSHIP ECONOMY

Sell at wholesale prices with a markup you control, and collect monthly dues from every member. Satisfaction, foot traffic, and how long shoppers stay all shift with the decisions you make.

LIVE CUSTOMERS

Shoppers browse the aisles, push carts, react to what's on the shelf, and queue at checkout. Click any one of them to see who they are, or offer them a job on the spot.

HIRE YOUR STAFF

Cashiers run the registers, stockers keep the shelves full, and forklift operators move pallets. Everyone earns an hourly wage, paid live while the store is open.

20 CITIES, ONE COMPANY

Every city you unlock is a new store with its own layout and inventory, each stocked with that region's signature product. All of them run at the same time, whether you're there or not.

LEVEL UP THE COMPANY

Every sale earns experience. Thirty company levels unlock new fixtures, more registers, more forklifts, more employees, and more cities, from Corner Wholesaler to Retail Titan.
