About the Game

A management survival game with a deep narrative and moral choices, where you run a hospital in a war zone. Scarce resources force you to decide who you will save: children, those with the best chance of survival, or the journalist who could expose the truth. The story reflects real-world war conflicts, seen through the eyes of a medical team.

While struggling to keep your war-torn hospital alive, you’ll face branching narrative arcs with multiple endings, each shaped by difficult moral dilemmas. Inspired by real events, every decision will challenge not only your ability to survive, but your own humanity.
