Take charge of a emergency room, up to 8 players. Examine patients’ vitals, diagnose their conditions, and choose the right treatments. Prioritize emergencies and keep the shift under control as your patients’ conditions worsen around you.

CURE PATIENTS

Prescribe medication, prepare IVs, administer oxygen, use inhalers, apply splints, stop bleeding, and perform specialized medical procedures.

DIAGNOSE CONDITIONS WITH YOUR MANUAL

Measure vital signs, examine symptoms, consult your medical book, and perform blood tests, ECGs, X-rays, and CT scans to identify each patient’s condition.

ORGANISE YOUR ER 

Unlock new rooms, diagnostic equipment, medicines, IV treatments, procedures, and hospital upgrades as increasingly complex cases arrive.

TAKE PATIENTS' VITALS

Treatments can stabilize patients, reveal complications, or expose an incorrect diagnosis. Monitor their recovery and adapt before their condition becomes critical.

MOVE PATIENTS AROUND

Move patients, prepare treatment areas, manage available beds, maintain medicine supplies, and discharge patients once they have recovered (or once they are dead)
