About the Game

VHS Tapes is a 1-4 player, online co-op horror game where you and your friends experience a collection of mysterious video tapes, each one containing a completely different story, location, and nightmare to endure. Complete puzzles, survive the monsters, and progress through each terrifying tape... Just remember, it's only a recording.

• Multiple Levels: Each tape is its own experience. Explore unsettling environments, uncover hidden clues, solve puzzles, and piece together what happened as the line between watching and experiencing begins to disappear.

• Immersive Experience: Realistic graphics and audio, combined with an old 90's vhs tape feel, delivers an immersive experience to put you right at the centre of each tape's horrors.

• Unique Enemies: Every tape has it's own horrors lurking in the dark, no two are the same. Use your wits and speed to outsmart and outrun them.

• Puzzles & Challenges: Each tape presents new puzzles to solve and challenges to overcome. Explore the tapes to find clues to help you... but make sure you watch your back whilst doing so.

• Play Together: VHS Tapes supports online co-op play for up to 4 players. Use teamwork to solve puzzles, evade dangers and survive each tape.

• In-game Voice Chat: VHS Tapes supports local in-game voice chat with the options to have it always on (recommended), Push-to-talk, or off. Hear your friends scream in the distance as they are chased by the unknown.
