About the Game

Hong Kong, 1956.

You came here bright and joyful, following your husband from Scotland to his post on Hong Kong island.

Months later, you are bloodied, cold, starving, lost in Kowloon. Missing posters bearing your face fray at the edges and you don’t recognise yourself anymore.

When you smell blood - a potential meal - you find a local on the verge of death. After feeding on his attackers, you’re offered a job.

Survive as a young, lost vampire in Kowloon and navigate its dark depths, but beware; you're not the only thing that lurks within them.

UNDYING: Kowloon in Red is a visual novel/RPG hybrid where you grow as a vampire, using skills and vampiric abilities to overcome challenges and survive.

You must feed on blood to survive, and your growing hunger affects your skills and unlocks abilities. Plan your feedings wisely; even well-timed starvation has its uses.

Each night brings new quests, opportunities and unfolding stories. Meet its challenges and grow in strength; or fail, explore alternate solutions, and try anew.

The people of Hong Kong are not unaware; take care to balance their growing suspicion and your overwhelming thirst.

Many hands reach for Hong Kong; triads, the colonial government, the exiled Nationalists, local Communists, suspicious American operatives, and those that remain in the shadows... Ally yourself with whoever you wish, and even pursue romance; but know this will have consequences.
