About the Game

A big wind blew through the night forest and scattered all twenty of Sprout's friends far across the land, each one floating off in a bubble. Sprout can't fly. But Sprout can stack.

Topplio is a one-button tower-stacking game with a dark, cosy pixel look. Tiles slide in from the sides. Hop over each one and land on top to build a floor. Land dead centre for a perfect. Land off-centre and the overhang gets sliced away. Lean too far and the whole tower topples.

One button, one floor

• Press to hop. Hold to jump higher, and keep holding as you fall to flutter.

• Land five perfects in a row to start Fever.

• Grab stars, gems and power-ups as you climb.

• Watch out. Bats, storms and meteors cross your path, and a line shows you where. Jump or wait.

Story mode

• Twenty chapters, each in a place of its own: a pumpkin patch, a soggy swamp, a candlelit crypt, moonlit rooftops, a vampire castle, a forgotten fair, frozen peaks and more.

• Every place has its own obstacles: rolling pumpkins, dangling spiders, hot wax, stray spells, chandeliers, fireballs and a UFO that steals your tiles.

• Five levels a chapter. Clear all five and the friend waiting at the end comes home.

• 100 levels, and a secret chapter waiting somewhere high above the clouds.

• Every friend you rescue can climb in Sprout's place.

Five ways to play

• Story: rescue all twenty friends.

• Classic: one endless tower, from the forest floor to outer space. How high can you go?

• Hardcore: fast from the very first floor.

• Daily Climb: the same tower for everyone, every day, with three tries and a streak to keep.

• Zen: stack with no falling at all.

Hats, jump trails and tile colours, all cosmetic. Buy them with stars you earn in play, or unlock them free along the Star Road.

Made to be comfortable

Play with a mouse, keyboard or controller. Reduce motion, larger text and shape-coded hazards. You can turn off screen shake, flashes, flicker and scanlines.

Everything is included. No ads, no microtransactions and no paywalls. It plays offline too.
