The Forest calls for help. You'll wield the power of nature, discover the that evil lurks within it, and banish it forever from your home... or at least, you'll make the attempt.

THORNSPELL is a deckbuilding AND gardenbuilding roguelike where you will attempt to create the most powerful garden, in the hopes of banishing the ill-meaning visitors of the Forest you are protecting.

Find unexpected combinations, experiment with different strategies, and snowball the growth of your garden to score big numbers and succeed in your quest.

Place plants from your deck in strategic formations to unleash their effects at the right place and time. Some plants have simple effects while others are a lot more tricky to strategize with and master.

Build both your deck of plants and deck of actions simultaneously, trying to find the best combinations, or the most ludicrous and unexpected synergies. Decide carefully!

Placement matters for your relics too! Explore different positions within your garden to create the best outcomes.

Prove you are powerful enough to heal the Forest by challenging the evil that lurks within it. Have you made the right choices... or will you fail as a consequence of your own actions?
