About the Game

Explore the unknown underground and collect ores at daytime, but be back at the surface to protect THE CORE, when the monsters arrive at nighttime. A procedurally generated underground guarantees that each adventure is filled with unique enemies, treasures, and surprises.

PROTECT THE CORE

When night falls, the world grows dangerous. From the shadows emerge skeletons, slimes, and far worse creatures, all drawn to the heart of your base. THE CORE is their target, your source of energy. You must stand your ground and protect THE CORE at all costs.

EXPLORE THE DEPTS

Explore the procedurally generated underground and gather ores, explore caves, and find treasures. But beware, the deeper you go, the more dangerous it gets. Keep your lamp burning at all times - without its light, your sanity will fade, and madness will take over.

UPGRADE YOUR GEAR

Sell your ores to earn gold and upgrade your gear to become stronger and survive longer. Improve your armor, weapons and backpack to venture deeper into the mines and face enemies that grow more powerful with every night.

CHOOSE YOUR PLAYSTYLE

Discover over 15 unique spells and countless pieces of powerful loot to enhance your character and unlock new abilities. Shape your hero to fit your playstyle - charge into battle with melee weapons, use ranged attacks, or focus on defense to hold the line. Grow stronger with every upgrade and stand your ground to protect the core from endless waves of enemies.

EVERY RUN COUNTS

In There Is mORE every run counts. Each ore you mine will help you in the next cycle to get stronger and survive longer. At the end of each round, you get a powerful new spell for every 4 runes collected. Use your spells wisely - some offer protection, others unleash devastating damage.

The game has been developed primarily for PC, with full support for mouse and keyboard as well as controllers. From the very beginning, the Steam Deck has also been a key focus - ensuring smooth performance, intuitive controls, and an enjoyable experience on the go.
