Working as a Safety Contractor for a Nuclear Power Plant your job is to monitor plant safety through CCTV. Identify hazards, document incidents and keep operations running. Report too little and danger spreads, too much and you fail the quarterly audit. Can you toe the line?

Report too much, the government audits will catch on and shut down the facility over safety concerns.

Every incident forces a choice - document it, or let it disappear.

As the night progresses, systems begin to fail, the structure deteriorates and the plant reveals things that were never meant to be seen.
