The Observation Exit
About the Game
The Observation Exit is a first-person psychological horror game where you identify anomalies to escape an endless hospital corridor. Observe strange changes, survive deadly entities, and find the correct path forward!
Explore an endless hospital corridor filled with subtle anomalies and constantly shifting details. Trapped in a repeating loop, every elevator leads you back to the same place. As you move forward, the once-familiar corridor begins to feel increasingly wrong.
CAPTURE ANOMALIES
Break the loop by relying on your memory and attention to detail. Observe the corridor carefully and identify any unusual changes before reaching the elevator. Missing or misjudging an anomaly will reset your progress. Make the right decisions consistently to move forward and escape. Successfully progress through 10 levels to escape.
CHOOSE THE CORRECT ELEVATOR
Progress by choosing the correct elevator at the end of each corridor. If everything appears normal, take the left path forward. Selecting the wrong option will send you back or worsen the loop. Consistent, correct choices are the only way to advance.
AVOID EACH ENTITY
Watch out for what’s hiding in the corridor. Staying too long or making mistakes can draw unwanted attention. Use your awareness, movement, and timing to avoid each entity, as they appear suddenly and react differently to your actions.
Experience a grounded, realistic environment with minimal UI and a focus on immersion. The hospital feels quiet, sterile, and unsettling, creating a constant sense of tension as you move through the corridor.
