About the Game

The Memphis Chronicles is a mysterious tragi-comedy set in a place between worlds.

After a canoe trip goes sideways, you swim to the surface of the lake and emerge in a city filled with questions.

Over the course of a day you can hope to discover what you’re doing here, who you are, and what connects: an elephant, well-dressed demons, an elusive arsonist, a homeless prophet, the Beatles, Stravinsky, the subterranean ruins of a long-lost civilisation, and you.

Wander through eerily familiar spaces, encounter enigmatic creatures, and peer into memories to find the comforting, unsettling and sometimes hilarious stories of Memphis. 

Progress happens in your mind, nothing keeps you from moving forward. You unveil as much of the mystery as you care to observe. Everything left unseen is forever left behind.

Every step takes you deeper into memory and meaning. The only way is forward.
