The Cosmogenesis Project: Corruption

The Cosmogenesis Project: Corruption

About the Game

The corruption doesn't stop. Neither can you.

Pilot your ship across a procedurally generated star map where corruption spreads inward from the outer sectors. Every node you abandon becomes a stepping stone for the creep. Every second you spend in the wrong place costs you ground you can't afford to lose.

Protect the Stabilisers Each sector has a stabiliser at its core. Raiders will target them. Corruption will overwhelm them. Your job is to jump in, pump energy into the shields, and hold the sector long enough to matter.

Every Jump is a Decision The star map is your battlefield. Corruption spreads along connected nodes, ignore one sector too long and it becomes a gateway to the next. You can't be everywhere. Choose wisely.

Energy is Everything Shielding stabilisers costs energy. Cleansing corruption costs energy. You never have enough. Managing what little you have is the difference between holding the line and watching the network collapse.

No Two Runs Are the Same Procedurally generated star maps mean the corruption always takes a different path. New layouts, new chokepoints, new impossible decisions, every run.

Hold until the clock hits zero. Or be consumed by the corruption.
