The Bitter End is a sapphic visual novel & dating sim about the terror and necessity of being truly known.

You first awaken as the Stranger (name customizable) —

masked, marked, and missing pieces of yourself —

surrounded by six passengers,

each with their own reasons for being here.

  • A diverse cast of characters ranging from 25-45 years old, drawn from different worlds, cultures, and experiences

  • Five distinct endings independent of your romance path

  • Play style options ranging from transparent detail to full immersion: know exactly the numbers behind the scenes, or rely on narrative alone

  • 8-10 hours per playthrough
