Terachain
About the Game
Terachain is a short incremental game about generating the largest possible chain reaction in a weird alien machine.
History
In the year 2156, humans discovered a machine in a distant galaxy capable of calculating chain reactions from a single event, and are now trying to figure out how to generate the largest possible reaction with it.
How it Works
Clicking on any piece of the machine will cause it to rotate clockwise. Each piece has one to four transverse marks. If one of the marks on that piece coincides with the mark on another piece, a reaction occurs, causing the second piece to also rotate clockwise, and so on.
Upgrades
Upgrades allow you to improve both the machine's board and its pieces. For example:
Increase the size of the board.
Increase the chances of a piece having more marks (more chances of a reaction)
Increase the durability of the pieces (to prevent them from breaking after a certain number of reactions)
Increase the number of rotations available per piece.
Etc...
Start big reactions with a single click

Current development status
Most of the mechanics are working, and now I'm working on improving:
Juiceness: better animations, more responsive UI, improved camera shake
Sounds (I'm still using procedurally generated sounds, but I'm not satisfied with the results)
Visuals: although the visuals won't change much, I'd like to add post-processing effects
Increase and balance the upgrade tree (the idea is to have more than 100 upgrades)
