In just five minutes, you’ll experience a randomized sequence of nine simple moves, each paired with a practical strategy to help you stay grounded, centered, and energized throughout your day. There is a button for Move Meditation, a game, Qigong, and Sleep/Study mode all based on the idea of 4 elements with different forms of expression.
