RPG meets football: Level up your players!

Forget static numbers. In Tactilite, your players earn valuable experience points (XP) through appearances and goals. When they level up, you decide how they develop! Distribute skill points strategically among attributes like finishing, tackling, or reflexes. Transform a raw talent into a clinical finisher or an impenetrable rock in defense.

Tactics & Synergies

Eleven good players don't automatically make a good team. Find the perfect synergies for your starting eleven! Without a brilliant playmaker in midfield, your best striker will be starved of energy. Pay attention to your players' personalities (traits): A "diva" will shine in important matches, while a "mercenary" will abandon you immediately if the salary isn't right.

6 Unique Manager Archetypes

Every playthrough is different! Unlock new manager classes through achievements, completely changing the game rules:

• Standard: The classic approach. No crazy bonuses, no extreme disadvantages.

• The Underdog: Receives massive bonuses against overpowered teams. However, if you're the favorite, your players will crumble under the pressure.

• The Tycoon: Starts with an absurd €50 million, but all your players demand exorbitant prices.

• Youth Visionary: Your academy talents level up twice as fast.

• The Discipline Priest: Your players have unlimited stamina, but risk constant injuries.

• Hardcore: Only for the absolute legends.

Exciting transfer battles

The transfer market never sleeps. Find the best bargains, improve your manager skills (like becoming a financial guru or a poaching expert), and outsmart the AI. If a competitor wants the same star player as you, it's a thrilling game of dice poker at the negotiating table!

The Ascension mode (endgame)

So, you’ve won the league and lifted the cup? Congratulations. But don't get too comfortable, because now the real game begins. Is the 1st division getting too easy for you? Unlock four brand-new modifiers and crank up the difficulty exactly as high as you can handle.

Prove your worth against these brutal conditions:

• 💰 Financial Difficulty (Lvl 1-5): Money is tight. Battle against plummeting revenues, exploding transfer fees, and demanding salaries.

• 🧠 XP Reduction (Lvl 1-5): Progression becomes a real grind. Suffer a penalty of -5 XP per level (up to a brutal -25 XP at Level 5).

• 🚑 Injury Risk (Lvl 1-5): Watch your legs! The injury risk increases exponentially (2^Level) – facing up to a 32% higher chance of losing players at Level 5.

• ⚔️ Kick-Out Challenge (Lvl 1): Zero margin for error. Fulfill ruthless board expectations, or get fired on the spot!
