Sur: Wheelchair Horror

Sur: Wheelchair Horror

About the Game

You play as Vanessa, a woman trapped in a wheelchair, trying to escape a collapsing hospital in the decaying city of Uroko — a place where local myths and distorted memories bleed into reality.

Movement follows the classic tank-style controls, reimagined to convey the weight and precision of a wheelchair. Every turn, obstacle, and delayed reaction becomes part of the experience — not a limitation, but a mechanic of fear. The challenge is physical, emotional, and deeply psychological.

Vanessa will need to solve puzzles and secrets in order to advance

As Vanessa explores the dark corridors, she finds weapons and scarce resources, managing a limited inventory that forces difficult decisions between defense and survival.
The entities that haunt Uroko are inspired by Japanese folklore and traditional theater, their slow gestures, deformed masks, and ritualistic movements echoing Noh and Kabuki — art forms that dwell on guilt, regret, and spiritual transgression.

While struggling to survive, Vanessa uncovers fragments of memories, records, and symbols, questioning her own role in the tragedy.
Is she a victim of Uroko’s curse — or the reason it fell apart?
