Static Grain - Quiet a Night
About the Game
STATIC GRAIN is a series of psychological horror games. Each episode is a documentary story, told through the words of those who survived to tell it. We don't create monsters from nothing—we give a voice to reality.
This isn't a game about monsters. It's a game about silence that grows louder than a scream.
Anna is eighteen years old, a first-year university student in a strange city, living away from her parents for the first time. She and her friend Katya have just moved into their first rented apartment. It's not the newest, and not in the quietest neighborhood. The first week was supposed to be a celebration of independence: unpacking boxes, meaningless late-night talks with her friend, the smell of takeout, and the background noise of a TV series.

Game Features
A domestic thriller of uncertainty: No supernatural elements. Real, tangible anxiety that anyone can feel when alone in an unfamiliar place.
Atmosphere: The horror here doesn't scream—it whispers.
Unique mechanic: The story reaches you through chats. Every notification—a new reason for paranoia. Who can you trust? Can you really trust anyone at all?
This is a game about that moment when a quiet evening turns into the longest night of your life.
