About the Game

Space Fighter is a 2D top-down multiplayer action game where you pilot starfighters and battle with or against other players in many PvP and PvE gamemodes!

PvP Modes

Engage in fast-paced space battles against other players where quick decision making, precise movement and the right tools in the right situation are key to victory.

Play with up to 8 players in many different PvP modes:

• Free for All

• Team Deathmatch

• Duel

• Capture the Flag

• Zone Control

• King of the Hill

Create private, friends-only or public lobbies to play with everyone around the world!

Supports creating LAN lobbies without active internet connection!

Includes a fully featured spectator mode useful for streaming competitive matches or events!

PvE Modes

Team up with other pilots to defend against aliens or explore deep space. Experiment with different team compositions and loadouts to overcome the challenges.

Play together with up to 4 players in different PvE modes:

• Horde

  • Fight through increasingly harder waves of enemies

  • Collect powerups and stack powerful buffs

  • Construct obstacles and turrets to help you survive even longer!

• Boss Hunt

  • Explore hand-built linear levels

  • Solve puzzles and over come challenges

  • Eliminate a unqiue boss each level

Loadouts and Customization

Create and customize your own loadouts with millions of possibilities:

• 15 primary weapons

• 10 tools that provide utility for your role

• 11 starfighters each with a unique ability

• 24 skins to give your starfighters a new look

• 13 engine trails 

Unlock new equipment by spending your credits gained from finishing games and completing challenges.

Cosmetics and Items 

Space Fighter features a wide range of profile and ship cosmetics without using lootboxes!

Cosmetics can be obtained in one of several player-friendly ways:

• Unlocking them with in-game credits earned through gameplay

• Purchasing them directly with real currency

• Receiving random rewards upon completing games

All items not available for in-game credits are tradable on the Steam market!
