Become the Spirit of Europe and guide the continent through the Enlightenment in a turn-based historical grand strategy game centered on ideas, institutions, and reforms.

Expand from city to city across a network of historical routes, turning new centers into beacons of progress. Develop Europe from Paris to Lisbon and from Edinburgh to Rome, through 23 unique cities, each with its own historical personalities, local strengths, and distinctive developments.

Produce historically grounded works through real thinkers tied to their real cities. Build your path through a web of projects, developments, policies, and actions as intellectual achievements grow into wider social transformation.

Newton belongs in London. Voltaire in Paris. The shape of your Europe emerges from who you reach, what you develop, and which ideas you choose to pursue.

Balance four key resources as you expand and survive: Funds, Inspiration, Influence, and Expression. Manage the competing demands of Clerics, Elites, and Commoners, whose approval can trigger crises, or give boons, and react to their whims as you can. There is no warfare here; progress depends on strategy, planning, and your ability to hold fragile societies together.

Every playthrough can offer you different routes across Europe which may produce wildly different outcomes. Push north, south, or inland. Specialize cities, unlock new possibilities, and endure mounting pressure until the end of the era.
