About the Game

SLEEP TERROR is an adventure-exploration horror game where you journey through your nightmares. Travel through various locations and dreams, explore, and use tools and items found on the board to aid your escape.

LOBBY:

After completing the Prologue, you enter the lobby – a safe place to rest for a moment. Here, you'll find doors that lead you to further dreams. After each completed dream, you return to the lobby and can observe how the environment changes with the completed Chapter. Additionally, each Chapter offers the opportunity to participate in Mini-Games. These are available after each Chapter and after completing the entire game. The Mini-Games are very diverse and sometimes not what they seem.

EXPLORE:

Each chapter offers different levels and different entities with different tactics to lure and hunt you. Explore the maps and search for clues that may prove crucial to understanding the level's mechanics and completing it.

ENTITY:

Some maps are for exploration, but the vast majority contain entities waiting for you. The game has a built-in microphone system, so some of them will be able to hear you through your microphone.

VHS:

VHS Filter – A combination of grain, chromatic aberration, and a few other effects. It provides a camera filter similar to Backrooms. You can disable it with a single click during gameplay.
