Ski-E-O! Ski Resort Tycoon

Ski-E-O! Ski Resort Tycoon

About the Game

You're the Ski-E-O. Paint ski trails across real mountains, run the lifts, and build the cozy lodges and crackling-fire après bars that turn an empty hillside into a resort. Thousands of living skiers carve grooves into snow that piles up, melts, and drifts with the weather.

It all starts with one creaky chairlift and a bunny slope. How far you take it is up to you, all the way to a world-class Legendary Resort, one happy skier at a time.

Design the Mountain

No rigid grid. Paint trails directly onto real terrain and they flow with the landscape. Green circles for families, black diamonds for the brave.

Place lifts with two clicks; towers and cables auto-generate across the slope.

String together everything from a single creaky chairlift to multi-cabin gondolas and soaring aerial trams.

Thousands of Skiers, One Mountain

Thousands of individual guests share your slopes, each with a name, a personality, and somewhere to be.

Watch the Jerry wipe out on a mogul field he had no business entering.

Follow the powderhound who skips the groomers and disappears into fresh powder.

See the après crowd drift toward the fire pit at 2pm. Not everyone came to ski! Some are here for the hot cocoa, the ski shop, the happy hour.

Build the lodges, restaurants, boutiques, and après bars that keep every kind of guest warm, fed, and happy.

The Mountain Has Other Plans

Snow falls, settles, melts, and drifts on a living snowpack, and skiers carve real grooves into the powder as they go.

An El Niño year turns the storms warm and wet. Snow falls as rain, your base thins out, and trails start closing one by one.

Drought means running snowblowers around the clock just to stay open.

A big dump buries your buildings before the lifts even spin.

How well you take care of the mountain this season shapes what you're working with next.

Real Mountains, Real Weather

Every peak is built from real-world elevation data: the actual ridgelines, fall lines, and the weather that comes with them.

The East skis cold and icy with little natural snow, so your snow guns run the show. Utah serves up light, consistent powder, the most forgiving place to build.

The Sierras boom and bust, burying you in giant blizzards, then leaving you dry for weeks.

The Colorado Rockies pair dependable snowfall with brutal, high-altitude cold that tests how warm you keep your guests.

And the Pacific Northwest never stops dumping deep, heavy snow, keeping your groomers working overtime.

All five US regions are playable at launch. Over time we hope to add more, like Japan, the Alps, the Andes, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, China, the Himalayas, and a few fictional peaks no real mountain can match.

Earn Your Reputation

Every guest is a vote. A well-groomed run, a warm lodge after a long day, a season that actually delivers snow. It all feeds your reputation.

Grow from a one-star local secret to a five-star Legendary Resort, one satisfied skier at a time.

Early Access

This is a real, playable resort sim today, not a teaser. Right now you can paint trails, run a range of lifts, place buildings, manage a full economy, weather live events and a living snow-and-weather system, and fill five real US regions with thousands of guests. Save, load, and keep building.

Where it goes from here, we'll figure out together. Our plans include more mountains, buildings, and lifts, new gameplay scenarios, community-driven systems like terrain parks or summer activities, and an art and audio pass with new animations and VFX.

The lifts are waiting. The powder is fresh.
