Explore dark corridors and abandoned rooms, where every corner may hide horrors. Armed only with what you can find, you will face brutal zombies and out-of-control experiments as you search for answers and a way out.
Mixing combat with moments of pure tension, Sinister Outbreak puts your reflexes to the test. Manage ammunition, solve puzzles, and try to get out alive. Not everything can be faced head-on.
