About the Game

Silent Paradise Anthology tells four short stories, inspired by classics of science-fiction, staged as “metroidvania style” action-adventure games.

It all starts with Silent Paradise…

Mainland has lost contact with the submerged city of Paradise and sent you to investigate the disappearance of its inhabitants. Explore the station and look for the upgrades you will need to navigate this sinking city and fend-off the automated security system.

As mainland’s auditor, you’re equipped with a powerful arm-canon to shoot the rogue machines targeting you. But it won’t keep you alive for long! You will need to complete your toolset to find your way through the submerged sections of Paradise. As you move through the station, you will learn more about its inception and operation… and of course its secret mission.

And even when you think you’ve reached the (literal) bottom of this case… more secrets are awaiting you.

… and it all ends with Lost Paradise

You’ve slept through the end of the world. The last thing you remember is being kidnapped… Now you wake up from cryosleep in the bowels of a bunker, seemingly the last human on Earth. A note from your anonymous captor encourages you to seek the radio tower, where you will find your answers.

Explore the ruins of civilization, now ruled by machines as strange as they are deadly. You will need to defeat their leaders to gather the keys to the tower, but how you go about it is up to you. Find new abilities to carve your own path through obstacles and reveal secret passageways. Collect talismans to build your abilities the way you like and face challenges on your own terms.

Learn what happened to you and to the world as you seek salvation at the top of the tower. If there's any hope left for mankind, it's you.

Waiting long after the end is a Distant Paradise…

Millions of years in the future, the Solar System is dying. Sent from Earth to scout the outer reaches of space in a desparate quest for solutions, you crash-land on the planet Soror. Under its dead black sky, you find a mysterious temple built by an ancient civilization. 

You have no friends and no weapons and yet the place is creeping with dangerous chimeras… Brave the challenges of the temple to gain mastery over the elements. Use your new movement abilities to fight back against the monsters in what looks like a deadly danse. Explore all four corners of the temple to evolve and you transcend your own nature.

Can you uncover the forgotten purpose of this place and find salvation?

… unlocking a Secret Paradise

This order is merely a suggestion: every adventure of this anthology can be started and enjoyed on its own. But there are many connections to discover for those with an eye for them.

All three games hide a mysterious “Network Terminal”. Uncover them all to unlock a brand new fourth adventure where all three protagonists join forces. Juggle between your characters and their unique movesets as they explore their own corner of the Network, finding new abilities and upgrades… for the others. The required items are scattered across time and space, requiring collaboration as characters unlock new paths for their unseen allies.
