Characters:

Madoka Asano, a police academy student. Influenced by her criminal police father, she has loved mystery works since childhood. Due to her outstanding academic performance, she was recommended to assist in a joint police investigation.

She has sharp observation skills and incredible intuition. She likes to show off, but beneath her mature-looking appearance lies childish recklessness, and she lacks practical experience in facing difficult cases head-on.

Eiji Asano, a veteran criminal police officer with over twenty years of service. During his career, he has cracked numerous major criminal cases, with an almost obsessive dedication to the truth and absolute calm.

He never shows his emotions or makes unnecessary remarks, only presenting decisive evidence at critical moments to set the direction of the entire investigation in the most concise way possible.

Rikako Asahi, the most promising young star in the forensic field, known for her absolute rationality and precise autopsy analysis.

She trusts the evidence left by the dead more than dealing with the living, always able to read the unspoken truth from the silent details.

Kurokawa, Officer Asano's most capable assistant and the indispensable intelligence core of the team. With an almost instinctive sensitivity to information, whether it's subtle testimonies during interrogations or clues hidden in reports, he can always organize them into clear and coherent key leads.
