Shape shooter
About the Game
SHAPE SHOOTER
Fight as a shape. Evolve your build. Survive as long as you can.
When the battlefield starts filling with enemies, there are only a few options:
Move. Fight. Survive.
But SHAPE SHOOTER is more than a simple game about shooting enemies until the screen is empty.
Choose a shape with its own combat style, collect powerful items, build your character, unlock permanent upgrades, and adapt to increasingly dangerous enemies.
Every run can develop differently depending on what you choose.
And when ordinary enemies are no longer enough, powerful bosses will enter the battlefield.

Four Shapes. Four Ways to Fight.
At the heart of SHAPE SHOOTER are four playable characters:
Circle.
Triangle.
Square.
Hexagon.
They are not simply different appearances.
Each one represents a different combat system.
CIRCLE
The Circle is the balanced starting character.
Its main attack is based around projectiles, allowing you to build around damage, fire rate, projectile speed, accuracy, piercing, homing, explosions, and more.
It is easy to understand, but has enough upgrade options to support very different builds.
TRIANGLE
Triangle specializes in laser combat.
Instead of relying on ordinary projectiles, Triangle can build around laser damage, energy efficiency, recharge speed, beam width, aiming speed, and maximum laser capacity.
The result is a character focused on maintaining and controlling a powerful continuous attack.
SQUARE
Square specializes in burst fire.
Increase burst damage, burst rate, projectile count, piercing, and projectile size to turn each attack into a concentrated wave of firepower.
When enemies begin gathering into groups, a well-built burst attack can cut through the battlefield.
HEXAGON
Hexagon fights with support units and summoned minions.
Upgrade their damage, spawn rate, movement speed, maximum number, and lifetime to build an army that fights alongside you.
Instead of focusing entirely on your own position, you must also manage the battlefield presence of your summoned units.
BUILD YOUR WEAPON THROUGH ITEMS
Combat is not limited to your character's starting attack.
During a run, you can acquire items that change the way you fight.
Scatter adds additional projectiles.
Pierce allows projectiles to pass through enemies.
Damage increases attack power.
Projectile Speed makes your shots travel faster.
Accuracy tightens your shots.
Fire Rate increases attack speed.
Auto Drone adds orbiting support drones that attack nearby enemies.
Homing improves projectile guidance.
Explosive increases explosive effects.
Shield provides additional protection.
Max Health increases your health capacity.
Recovery restores health.
Each choice can push your build in a completely different direction.
Some upgrades also come with trade-offs.
More projectiles can reduce accuracy.
Heavier damage can reduce projectile speed.
Different upgrades can therefore create different advantages and disadvantages.
The strongest item is not always the correct item.
The correct item is the one that fits your build.
ITEM CHESTS AND EQUIPMENT
Special item chests can appear throughout the battlefield.
These chests provide another way to obtain equipment during a run.
Items can have different rarities, and their effects can range from simple stat improvements to major changes in how your character attacks or survives.
Collected equipment can be managed through the inventory system, with item selection, equipment management, and drag-and-drop inventory interaction.
You cannot simply take everything forever.
Deciding what to equip, what to keep, and what to replace becomes part of the run.
CHARACTER-SPECIFIC GROWTH
Each character has its own upgrade path.
Circle can focus on projectile combat.
Triangle can specialize in lasers.
Square can specialize in burst attacks.
Hexagon can specialize in summoned units.
Shared defensive upgrades such as shields, maximum health, and recovery can complement these character-specific systems.
This means choosing a character is also choosing a style of progression.
Two players using the same character can still end up with very different combat builds.
DEATH IS PART OF THE PROGRESSION
A failed run does not mean that all progress is meaningless.
SHAPE SHOOTER features Death Points, which can be used to unlock characters and purchase permanent upgrades.
Depending on the character, these upgrades can improve health, movement speed, damage, laser performance, burst attacks, or summoned units.
Every run can therefore serve two purposes:
Survive as long as possible.
And prepare yourself for the next attempt.

FIVE GAME MODES
SHAPE SHOOTER offers multiple ways to play.
CLASSIC
The main progression mode.
Fight through the game and defeat the final boss to clear it.
INFINITE
An endless survival mode.
There is no need to stop after reaching the end of the normal progression. Keep fighting and see how long your build can survive.
SANDBOX
A free-play mode designed around developer tools.
Experiment with the game's systems and test different situations without following the normal progression.
BOSS RUSH
Forget regular enemies.
Bosses appear rapidly, one after another, forcing you to deal with major threats without the usual breathing room between encounters.

AN ENEMY IS NEVER JUST ANOTHER TARGET
The battlefield contains enemies with different shapes, movement speeds, health values, and behaviors.
Some rush toward you.
Some are significantly tougher.
Some use special movement patterns.
Others can create very different combat situations depending on how the battlefield develops.
The result is a combat system where positioning matters just as much as raw damage.
MINI-BOSSES
Regular enemies are not the only threat.
Mini-bosses can appear during a run and force you to immediately adjust your priorities.
Three mini-boss types are currently featured:
LASER MINI-BOSS
MINIGUN MINI-BOSS
BOMB MINI-BOSS
Each one has its own visual identity and combat role, and defeating them provides additional rewards and score.
MAJOR BOSSES
Eventually, the battlefield becomes much more dangerous.
SHAPE SHOOTER features several major boss types, including:
Summon Boss
Critical Boss
Geometric Overlord
and the Final Boss.
Boss encounters are built around attack patterns rather than simply massive health bars.
Expect barrages, summons, radial attacks, tracking projectiles, lasers, healing mechanics, and other pattern-based threats.
The Geometric Overlord is especially fitting for SHAPE SHOOTER's visual identity, featuring a changing polygonal body during combat.

NEW GAME PLUS
Defeating the final boss does not have to be the end.
New Game Plus can add new boss patterns and additional difficulty modifiers to future runs.
These can include additional barrages, dodge dashes, multi-shot attacks, summon healing, radial fire, tracking attacks, border teleport attacks, additional summons, and other new threats.
At higher progression levels, enemy behavior can become even more dangerous through modifiers such as:
Shorter attack intervals
Faster projectiles
Faster boss movement
The Death Point multiplier also increases as NG+ progression rises.
You may have defeated the game once.
That does not mean you have mastered it.
CREATE YOUR OWN BUILD
There is no single way to build your character.
You can focus on projectile volume.
You can build around heavy damage.
You can create a homing projectile build.
You can use explosive attacks.
You can prioritize defense and recovery.
You can push a laser build to its limit.
You can fill the battlefield with summoned units.
Or you can combine different systems into something entirely your own.
The fun comes from discovering which combinations work together and which ones fail spectacularly.
A WORLD THAT REWARDS POSITIONING
The battlefield is more than an empty background.
Player movement, world space, obstacles, enemy positions, projectile patterns, and camera movement all matter during combat.
When the screen becomes crowded, simply dealing more damage may not be enough.
Sometimes the most important question is:
Where can I move next?
Survival depends on reading the battlefield, choosing an escape route, and controlling your position before the next attack arrives.
REVIEW EVERY RUN
When a run ends, the game can provide a detailed summary of what happened.
Review your final statistics.
See your Death Points.
Check total kills.
Inspect defeated enemy types.
Review purchased items.
Look back at the build that carried you through the run.
Then use that information to build something better on your next attempt.

SHAPE SHOOTER also includes configurable display and control options.
Switch between windowed and fullscreen modes.
Choose your FPS limit.
Change the interface language.
Customize your key bindings.
The default controls use WASD for movement, Space for dash, and mouse input for firing, while several other gameplay functions can also be rebound.
