About the Game

SagoCat is a cat that lives in the corner of your desktop. It doesn't take a

window, doesn't steal focus. It just sits there — watching you.

When you're halfway through a show, it knows which one. And it'll say

something about it. Maybe "this episode drags." Maybe "I've seen this

already." It has taste of its own, and it may not match yours.

【 It knows what you're up to 】

Watching, listening, gaming, reading — it recognizes all four and tells

them apart. You don't have to tell it. You don't have to do anything.

【 It has taste, and it isn't yours 】

Every cat is born with preferences: genres it loves, one it loves quietly

and won't admit to, and genres it just won't touch. Two cats will react to

the same film in completely different ways. Spend enough time together and

those preferences shift.

【 It has a life while you're busy 】

Ignore it and it goes off to watch something on its own, put on music,

or get some exercise. None of this is staged for you — you'll find it in

its records the next day.

【 A profile it fills in itself 】

What it's watched, what it's listened to, how often it's been active,

what it's been into lately. Give it time and the pattern shows.

【 A diary, in its own words 】

It writes down what's been happening, the way it would tell it.

【 Pick a cat, or make one 】

Choose from the cats included, or build your own. A cat you make starts

blank — its taste has to grow out of your time together.

【 It stays out of your way 】

It keeps to the corner of the screen and away from your work. You can tell

it to settle down at any point.
