Risk The Crown

Risk The Crown

About the Game

0% IA | 100% human

Most tower defense games ask you to survive forever. Risk The Crown asks something harder.

When is the exact moment to run?

You are the Defender — the one standing between a relentless army of monsters and your king. Every night the enemies grow stronger. Every coin you earn is one more reason to stay. But the longer you wait, the closer everything gets to falling apart.

When you finally call the retreat, the king doesn't just vanish. He walks. Your troops fight around him. Enemies don't stop attacking. Coins keep piling up. He can still die on his way out. You haven't won yet.

That's the game. That's the feeling.

How to play

  • Pick your troops — before the first enemy arrives, choose who fights for you.

  • Survive the night — waves pour in, enemies grow stronger each cycle. Hold the line.

  • Upgrade between rounds — choose one card after each night. Every decision matters.

  • Call the retreat — at the right moment. Not too soon. Not too late.

  • Escort the king to safety — the final gauntlet. Stay alive long enough for him to escape.

Two ways to play

  • Campaign — 20 to 60-minute runs with permanent upgrades and an expanding roster. Every run you're a little stronger. Every run the right moment to flee is harder to find.

  • Rush Mode — 3 to 8 minutes. Four difficulty settings. A leaderboard. Jump in, escape, beat your score. No setup needed.

Key features

  • The retreat is not a loss — it's the win condition.

  • Enemies scale exponentially. Your rewards grow slower. The math always catches up.

  • Your troop choice locks in before you see a single enemy. No take-backs.

  • Runs short enough for a lunch break. Deep enough to think about afterwards.
