Hunt as the Caretaker

Stalk the dark halls of Rickstones School as the Caretaker, wielding deadly weapons and heightened senses to relentlessly hunt down and slaughter every Student before the night is up. Shroud the school in darkness, slip through sewers unseen and get in close for gruesome executions to end each hunt.

• Sense Heightening Ability: Sharpened vision in the dark environment with Students' glowing footprints burned into the ground; amplified hearing for pinpoint precision while making little to no noise yourself.

• Throwing Axes: Launch axes to wound and slow fleeing victims, retrieve thrown ones or scour the grounds to restock your arsenal.

• Noise Detection: Sound waves reveal nearby sources of noise, enhanced with Sense Heightening.

• Sewer System: Use the network of sewers to travel quickly around the school for swift flanks and deadly ambushes.

• Breaker Boxes: Destroy boxes to black out entire blocks plunging classrooms into darkness, perfect for stalking prey.

• Executions: Deliver brutal killing blows with an array of executions, sealing each victim's fate, leaving no chance for escape.

Survive as a Student

Evade the unrelenting Caretaker as a Student, relying on your speed, stealth, and cunning to outmaneuver his enhanced senses and remain undetected. Endure the nightmare as he lurks through the shadows or escape the school grounds alive, before meeting a brutal, grisly fate.

• Movement & Evasion: Outpace the Caretaker in short bursts, lock doors to delay his pursuit, climb through windows for quick exits and unlock shortcuts to evade easier. Crouch to muffle footsteps and avoid his detection.

• Distractions: Trigger fire alarms or bang objects to flood the school with noise. Lure him away from your team, overwhelm his heightened senses or create chaos to cover your retreat.

• Bleeding: Grave wounds cause persistent bleeding, leaving blood trails that the Caretaker can track, search for bandages to save yourself from bleeding out and prevent your death.

• Search: Scavenge drawers for bandages to heal yourself or others, keys to unlock new pathways or knives to stun the Caretaker should you find yourself within his grip.

• Teamwork or Solo: Coordinate with other Students to create diversions or plan your escape... or stay out of his way and let him cut them down while using their sacrifice to escape with your life.

• Survival & Escape: Cower into storage cupboards or toilet cubicles at the risk of cornering yourself. Evade the hunter to survive the night until dawn breaks or find a way to escape the school, or otherwise risk being tracked down and mercilessly executed.
