Story

Remorses is a slow burning horror experience. A heart-aching journey where tension builds gradually.

The year is 1991 in Rivervalley, Lakota Territory. It is known for its history, and for people going missing recently. Not long ago, rumors of witchcraft began to spread. Stories like these have surfaced before in Rivervalley.

You play as Jake Lepistow, an investigator from Beaver Hills, Minnesota. He’s used to chasing legends and supernatural occurrences without ever having to face consequences.

When a series of strange disappearances and hints of witchcraft reach him, he turns his attention to his next investigation.

A story about an abandoned Westbrook’s Inheritance Mansion somewhere in the Rivervalley forest. The townspeople avoid it, terrified of its reputation and the rumors of a vengeful witch.
