About the Game

Alternate Reality. Year 2044.

In 1991 one of the Soviet undercover secret experimental programs succeeded. Rewriting part of the human code. Stronger, more durable, more resistant and most importantly less intelligent. The ultimate worker, fighter and servant. It’s 2044 and the Soviet regime has been rebuilt. Not without problems.

Discover what lies beyond deceivingly nice words and what kind of evil experiments have been done to the people.

You start as a lower-ranking commander ready to advance the nation’s defenses. Complete objectives and missions to get access to higher level and more powerful futuristic weaponry.

Gameplay

Red Conflict 2044 is a sci-fi survival RTS. Starting with 1 playable faction.

• Vertical warfare. The unique terrain building system allows building in all dimensions, even on walls with buildings that support it.

• World close to ours. The world is based on an alternate reality close to this one. This means you get to experience advanced and cheap primitive drones, infantry and other military equipment. War is relentless and the one who can out-resource the other wins.
  Earn what you spend. Complete objectives, hunt enemies to earn additional income and funding, but beware, resources are finite.

• Tech progression. Between missions unlock the tech tree and request access to different weapons of immense power based on the success on the battlefield. Start with pre-war equipment. End with super weapons.

• Chain explosions. One detonation triggers the next. Build the chain, watch it run. Create catastrophic battlefield eating explosions that can devour enemy armies.

• Strategic combos. Some of the units have strategic capabilities that can be combined to cause mass havoc among enemy lines.

• Hold the line. Survive escalating waves to advance the campaign.

Solo Developed

Red Conflict 2044 is a solo project. The terrain, targeting, turret, and explosion systems have been in development for nearly a decade as hobby projects. Everything else was built around them.
