Racing Series Manager

About the Game

A fresh take on classic racing management games. Focus on off-track team leadership: develop your car, negotiate with drivers and staff, attract sponsors, and dive into tech espionage.

Off-track strategy is everything

Your job as team manager is to prepare everything so the team arrives at the track with the best chance of success. The best car, the best drivers, and the best budget — that’s your goal. As for driving the car, that’s the drivers’ job — it’s exactly what you pay them for.

Technology

Chassis and aero designs belong to teams, but the engineers working on them gain valuable insights. Will you build components in-house or hire experienced staff to reverse-engineer rival designs?

Espionage

Hiring top talent from other teams is costly and slow. Why not send agents to steal or buy high-quality part designs? But beware—once you're on top, rival spies will swarm your base. You’ll need serious security to stay ahead.

Playable Leagues

At release, the game will feature several playable leagues for open-wheel cars. During development, I also plan to add other car classes to make driver progression — from rookie to star — feel smoother.

Team type

Private teams offer full freedom—no board to fire you after poor results. Corporate teams bring bigger budgets, but your job depends on the board’s opinion. And some members aren’t exactly charming. If they let you go, there’s always a spot in the lower leagues.

Race weekend

By race day, your job is done. Sit back with a coffee and watch the action, tweaking pit strategies as needed. No micromanaging lap-by-lap driving.
