Rand and Aven, two runaway youths, find both solace and danger in each other’s company as they wander the city at night, each trying to escape an abusive home life and the weight of their past.

Runaways is a story-driven experience about youth pushed to the edge, and what it means to take fate into your own hands when there’s no one left to turn to.

Runaways isn’t about skill, progression, or power. It’s about perspective. 

The limited control you have over your character mirrors the lack of agency experienced by real runaways. The focus is not on mastery, but on vulnerability and uncertainty, grounding the player in the emotional truth of their circumstances.

This is an interactive story presented as social commentary on neglect, youth, and the search for escape in the modern day.

It’s an invitation to empathize rather than empower, and to reflect on the act of running away when there’s nowhere else to go.
