A mad scientist uses an innocent cat, Mousti, as the subject of a dangerous quantum experiment. Mousti must survive waves of scientifically engineered lab mice and other bizarre creatures, using the scientists own inventions. How this chaos advances science is unclear, but the scientist seeks glory, and Mousti holds the key to the experiment’s outcome.

Purranoia is an action roguelike where you run around and defend yourself against hordes of foes, but with a significant twist: you cannot control the movement of frightened Mousti but must instead control inventions to defend him instead. For this you will choose from a huge variety of different inventions, each new one acting vastly different from the last, resulting in thousands of different builds.

Join in on a hectic and action packed adventure where you travel with Mousti as you try to flee from the clutches of a mad scientist back to the safety of his home. Defend him from waves of scientifically engineered mice and even stranger creatures.

Earn Purrks that unlock new and strange upgrades that will ultimately lead you to become overwhelmingly powerful, just powerful enough to maybe find a way back home again...
