We got several influences from games we love, such as:

• Half-Life 2 - Open storytelling, so the player is always playing!

• Super Metroid - Great atmosphere in an interconnected world!

• Hollow Knight - Aerial combat through pogo-system!

• Europa Universalis - Attention to detail when dealing with History!

• Comix Zone - A diegetic use of comic art style in order to bring a unique experience.

Commitment to historical fidelity

Even though Plus Ultra: Legado is a fictional story with some supernatural events, we have made a strong research to accurately represent each civilization, character, and historical event. In fact, it has been translated into Nahuatl.

Colorfulness

Most Metroidvanias are very dark. Which is great! But Plus Ultra: Legado wants to offer something different, something fresh.
