Pirofauna
About the Game
Pirofauna is a short atmospheric adventure exploration game, where you can set fire to almost anything you touch.
As a tiny living flame, explore a dark misty forest where fire is loved by all. Burn away ghosts, relight forgotten homes, help strange bug villagers, and grow stronger as you journey deeper into the woods.
World & Story
In this world, bugs and plants absolutely adore fire.
Every bug cares for its own fireplace. Keeping the flame alive is an ancient tradition. It is said that if a fireplace is cared for long enough and with enough devotion, it will one day spark to life.
A certain mayfly and its ancestors cared for their fire so long and so carefully that one night it finally awakened — becoming a small, sweet, wandering living flame.
But when the darkest night came, ghosts entered the forest and extinguished every fire. Darkness spread across the woods… and the little flame became the last remaining spark.
