Dynamic Open-World Missions: Patients spawn randomly across diverse environments, from busy urban districts to remote countryside areas. Every mission feels unique.

Team-Based Rescue Simulation: Join up to 4 players online to coordinate roles; Driver, Dispatcher, and Paramedics and execute real-time rescues with precision.

Patient Stabilization Mechanics: Assess the situation, use medical tools, perform on-site treatments, and keep your patients alive until they reach the hospital.
