About the Game

Overtype is a roguelike typing action game set in a neon-soaked cyberpunk city ruled by a totalitarian regime.
You play as Zyra, one of the few survivors immune to the system’s neural control armed with nothing but your keyboard.

Every action you take moving, attacking, dodging, reloading, using abilities is done by typing the words and commands displayed on screen in real time.
Miss a letter, and you might lose a life. Type with precision and speed, and you’ll turn every keystroke into a weapon of rebellion.

A Neon Post-Apocalypse

Beneath the dazzling neon lights lies a city shattered by control where humans and machines are bound by code and fear.
You play as Zyra, one of the few who can walk through corrupted data zones. Guided by Orpheus, a battle-scarred veteran, she seeks the truth about her parents scientists who left behind humanity’s last spark of hope.
