About the Game

Orphic - The midnight shift

A night watch horror experience

Orphic is a first-person horror game about detecting anomalies and subtle changes in the environment.
The gameplay focuses on careful observation, memory, and noticing small changes in your surroundings.

Overview

You are assigned a single night shift inside a secluded museum.
From 11 PM until dawn, your task is to observe the rooms and identify anything that changes, moves, or behaves strangely.

When an anomaly appears, you must locate it and use a mysterious artifact to stabilize it before the situation spirals out of control.

Objects shift. Paintings change. Sounds emerge without cause.

Your role is to notice what doesn’t belong — before it’s too late.

You are not here to escape.
You are here to endure the night.

Fail to keep things under control, and the museum may not let you finish your shift.

Gameplay

Orphic is a first-person horror experience focused on observation, tension, and routine under pressure.

Each night the museum behaves differently.
Each shift lasts a full in-game night (about 30 minutes).

Events occur unpredictably, requiring constant attention.

When a disturbance appears, you must:

Spot unusual changes in the environment
Locate the anomaly
Use the artifact to stabilize it

Observation and patience are essential.
Some anomalies only reveal themselves under certain conditions.

Atmosphere & Horror

Orphic focuses on slow-building dread rather than constant action.

• Unpredictable events
• Psychological pressure
• Occasional jump scares
• A persistent sense of being watched

Sometimes danger announces itself.
Sometimes it doesn’t.
