Olympegs
About the Game
Aim. Fire. Watch the gods argue about it.
Olympegs is a peg-clearing game set in Greek mythology. Line up your shot, send the ball bouncing through the board, and light every gold Sacred peg before you run out of balls. Each board is a step on a long way down, from the sunlit temples of Olympus, past the sea and the Underworld, to the depths of Tartarus.
Nine gods, nine ways to play
Pick your god before every board. Zeus arcs lightning between pegs, Poseidon washes the lit ones away, Athena floats the ball sideways through a crowd, Hermes makes it fly, and Hades can bring a lost ball back from the dead. Each god has a power that charges up as you play and a passive that keeps working in the background, so the same board plays differently with every one of them.
Pegs with a temper
Hit three pegs of the same element in a row and they set each other off. Fire bursts into the pegs around it, lightning jumps to its neighbors, water splashes pegs all over the board, air lets the ball float and earth charges your god's power. Light the last Sacred peg and the rest of the board shatters. If the ball then lands in Charon's ferry, for once he pays you.
A long way down
20 boards on the descent from Olympus to Tartarus, each with its own landmark painted behind it
27 more on the Gods' Days Off, where each god gets three boards of what they get up to when nobody's praying
Poseidon's currents, Hephaestus' gears and the Titans' swinging chains change how the deeper boards play
An adventure mode with lives and blessings, 18 challenges, and the endless Trials of Tartarus, with a new Today's Descent every day
Play together
Two players can share a couch in co-op, where one aims and the other steers Charon's ferry, or go head to head in versus with curses and prophecies. Remote Play Together lets a friend join from anywhere.
Made for everyone
There's nothing to buy, no energy timers and no gambling. The aim guide always shows your first bounce, every peg type has its own shape as well as its own color, Easy Breezy is there if a board gets tough, and Gentle mode turns off screen shake and flashes. It plays with a mouse, a keyboard or a controller, and it fits the Steam Deck screen.
And a lot of mythology jokes
The gods talk while you play: about the time Hephaestus was thrown off Olympus, why Ares keeps kicking amphorae, and which of them still hasn't forgiven Paris. Look closely at the days-off boards, too. Each one has a myth hidden in it.
