About the Game

Northanger Abbey is a romantic comedy visual novel, based on the original nineteenth century novel of the same name by Jane Austen. You play as Kit/Catherine/Christopher Morland, a seventeeen year old from country England who is visiting the fashionable city of Bath for the first time. 

Features include:

• All the key scenes from the original novel, along with new scenes and interactive choices, adding up to over 60 thousand words

• A light-hearted coming of age romance which affectionately satirises the tropes of its own genre, while exploring themes of gender, relationships, and society
