No Sleep Tonight
About the Game
To all you eager mosquito slayers and mosquito-busting masters:
Hi everyone! I’m an art teacher, and this is my first game. It was inspired by one maddening outdoor sketching session on a summer evening. I hope you enjoy it!
In this mosquito-busting action game full of absurd humor, you’ll face mosquitoes with all sorts of “special talents”: Tiny Mosquitoes, Venom Mosquitoes, Phantom Mosquitoes, Mosquito Generals, Kung Fu Mosquitoes, and more!

But don’t worry—your hardworking, resourceful hands have a few tricks of their own. Use a two-handed Clap, a Palm Strike, or a one-handed Grab to deal with different mosquitoes.
As your mosquito-busting technique improves, you can unlock more than a dozen skill upgrades, including Iron Palm, Shadowless Hands, and Jumpy Mosquito.
And three ultimate moves—including Eighteen Soaring Dragon Palms—await your mastery!
The Mosquito-Busting Shop also offers a wonderfully varied—and sometimes unexpected—selection of supplies: medicated oil, repellent, mosquito coils, spider webs, geckos, electric swatters, and more. Pick your favorites and combine them to unleash their full potential!
The main game takes you through ten increasingly challenging stages, each with its own quirks, to test your mosquito-busting skills in different surroundings.
Your mosquito hunt will cause trouble all the way from the bedroom to the kitchen, living room, dorm, and office… Lights can help, steam can burn your hands, fragile objects won’t survive a slap, and both the cat and your roommate have tempers of their own…
At the office, you’ll also have to watch the director’s mood. Do badly enough, and you won’t need to come to work tomorrow.
In the botanical garden, one slap disturbs the flowers. Stir up a mosquito nest, and you may find yourself fighting more and more of them. At least the cactus is straightforward: it doesn’t say much, but touch it and it’ll hurt you.
On the dance floor, the lights and dancers move to the beat. If your slapping disrupts the rhythm, security will show you out.
In the museum, ancient spirits may remain silent, but they see everything you do. Their rewards and punishments are clear: help them rest in peace, and they’ll remember your good deed; do the opposite, and they’ll remember that too. The exhibits are expensive, by the way—be careful you don’t lose every last coin paying for the damage!
As for the swaying bus, it’s the ultimate test of your mosquito-busting skills. The passengers hate mosquitoes too, but slap wildly enough and they’ll hate you even more—and ask the driver to make yours an early stop!
Then you’ll return to where all this frustration began—but everything has changed. Now you need to make sure your partner gets a good night’s sleep too. Lights on or lights off? That is the question… Waking her up wouldn’t exactly be a surprise. What happens next depends on how you handle things, but keep slapping wildly and you’ll definitely find yourself at your girlfriend’s mercy!
Clear Stage 6 to unlock Endless Night, where wave after wave of mosquito armies awaits. Every extra second you hold out counts! Even defeat can be honorable: your high score is your glorious medal of mosquito-busting valor.
Have fun, everyone, and slap those summer troubles away!
Finally, a special thanks to the 50 mosquitoes who gave their lives for this game. May there be no clapping in heaven.
