About the Game
On the wasteland where civilization was ended by the undead, the railway is humanity’s last lifeline. You will run a steam locomotive, traveling between settlements, cities, and metropolises—trading, negotiating, upgrading, and fending off zombie hordes. Use commerce to shift the balance of power and reconnect a world shattered by “The Great Catastrophe.”
Core Gameplay: Train-Centered, Trade to Survive
The Core Loop
Before departure: Load cargo, replenish fuel and ammo, choose your route and destination.
On the road: Face zombie attacks, brutal weather, roadblocks, and random events → deploy turret railcars and let combat run automatically.
At each stop: Buy and sell goods, recruit crew, repair and upgrade, take contracts, and negotiate with post-apocalyptic factions.
Long-term goal: Repair broken railways, build an inter-regional trade network, and decide the future of civilization.

Dynamic Trading Economy: “Buy Low, Sell High” Is Only the Beginning
This isn’t a fixed price list. The game features a complete dynamic pricing system, where prices shift in real time based on:
Events: Wars, disasters, and supply disruptions instantly change scarcity and prices.
Relationships: Reputation and stance with cities/factions affect taxes, discounts, purchase limits, and access to black markets.
Supply & demand: A town short on food, a city desperate for fuel, a hub urgently needing arms… information is profit.
Read the situation right, and you can become a true railway merchant of the wasteland.

Train Customization: Balancing Cargo, Speed, Defense, and Firepower
Build your own steam train: refit railcars and upgrade the engine to balance transport efficiency and survivability in a coal-driven world.
Every upgrade changes how you operate—bigger cargo holds, heavier armor, stronger engines… and higher maintenance costs.

Recruit Your Crew: Stats, Events, and Relationships
Recruit people of different backgrounds at every station—drivers, mechanics, gunners, traders, scouts, and more. They don’t just provide stat bonuses; they also participate in events and can change outcomes:
Traits bring long-term benefits: faster repairs, better trade deals, lower ammo consumption, stronger scouting, etc.
Events test traits and unlock options: certain traits open extra dialogue and alternative solutions.
Some NPCs have personal story events: travel with them and gradually uncover their past—and the truth of the wasteland.
You’re not collecting “stat cards”—you’re building a crew that will shape your journey.

Zombie Hordes: Deploy Turret Railcars, Fight Automatically
Every route can turn deadly. With limited space, your key decisions are:
Turrets can only be installed on dedicated “turret railcars” → choose which ones to bring and how to combine them.
Different turrets emphasize range, fire rate, AoE, penetration, consumption, and supply needs.
Combat is automatic, but your layout and loadout determine whether you survive—and deliver the cargo.
Factions and Wasteland Stories: Crisis and Opportunity
Navigate between powers such as the Machine Cult, the Train Enthusiasts’ Society, and the Artillery Alliance.
Trade blueprints, commission upgrades, exchange intelligence, and pay the price—every alliance and conflict changes where you can go, what you can trade, and who will hunt you on the rails.
Ultimate Goal: Reconnect the Wasteland, Rebuild Civilization
Twenty years ago, “The Great Catastrophe” severed all regional connections. You may be the one to break the isolation.
Repair broken railways, build an inter-regional trade network, and make choices between survival and profit.
Will you become a monopoly tycoon who controls the rails—or a pioneer who leads humanity’s revival? The choice is yours.
