About the Game
I am the onboard journalist of this cargo ship. The originally calm recording task was completely interrupted by an unforeseen event.
As I stepped onto the main deck, a strange silence immediately surrounded me. The damp sea breeze carried the smell of rust and saltiness, blowing over the empty deck. The stacked containers in the field of vision are like rusty steel tombstones, casting long shadows in the bleak sky. I shouted, only the monotonous sound of cables hitting the mast and the tireless low roar of distant waves responded to me.
The outline of the dock faintly emerged in the mist, and the distance seemed within reach, but it was pulled infinitely far away by this eerie silence. The boundless loneliness did not slowly strike, but completely engulfed me in the moment I realized that I was the only living thing here.
I must go ashore and know what happened. But before that, I need to make sure I can live until that moment. The locks on several containers look a bit loose, perhaps there are tools, medicine, or anything inside that can help me pass through this silent path.
