Who Guards the Demon Castle?

Who Guards the Demon Castle?

About the Game

A rookie demon lord. A castle counting on you.

World domination can wait. First, you need to survive today's invasion with a slime, a goblin, an imp, and a castle that is still finding its feet. Who Guards the Demon Castle? is a single-player isometric defense strategy game about building facilities, developing monster companions, and commanding your defenses.

Play in Korean or English. Select 한국어 or English from the language menu in the in-game settings. Both languages cover the interface, guidance, companion dialogue, and the full Day 1–30 story campaign.

Monster companions defend the castle corridors while the player issues rally, focus, and emergency retreat commands.

Prepare, defend, and learn from every day

Your resources are limited. Decide whether to invest in facilities, develop your companions, or prepare for the next attack. Read your enemies' objectives and predicted routes, position your defenders, and begin the defense. After the battle, use the results and records to refine tomorrow's plan.

Give every room and companion a purpose

An isometric demon castle with facility cards for barracks, treasure storage, healing, and defensive structures.
Drag facility cards into the labyrinth's designated construction areas and review their costs and effects before building. Make use of barracks, treasure storage, healing facilities, and the different roles they bring to your defense. Position monsters along key approaches. As your castle grows, new areas and junctions open up, giving you more to protect and more ways to organize your defenses.

Make the calls that change a battle

Your companions fight according to their placement and directives, while you respond to changing threats. Issue rally, focus, and emergency retreat commands, or activate facilities when the situation demands it. Pause and adjust combat speed to assess the field and choose your next order. Understanding what each intruder is trying to reach matters as much as holding the path.

Grow with your unlikely crew

The companion growth screen shows Slime, Goblin, and Imp, with training and tactical specialization choices.
Your slime, goblin, and imp are more than pieces on a board. Develop their roles through growth, tactical specializations, and evolution choices. Get to know them through conversations between preparations and battles. Follow a rookie demon lord and a small band of companions through a 30-day campaign, from lighthearted castle-life banter to the decisions that define its later chapters.
